Couples therapy:
Space for
tending and mending.
A warm, welcoming space to learn about each other, turn conflict into connection, and move toward secure functioning.

Asking for a friend,
Do you…
- Have a loving, stable relationship that could use a bit of help from time to time?
- Need some skills and tools to help you grow and maintain your loving connection on your own?
- Wish you could find your way out of looping conversations that leave you feeling unresolved?
- Keep having the same arguments, despite having done millennia of individual or couples therapy already?
- Feel confused about why any of these things are happening?
- Want to grow into deeper connection and feel greater relaxation in your relationship?
- Want to learn and practice capacity-building, mutual-regulation skills in a supportive, affirming environment?

Meet Claire
I believe that our relationships are our greatest gifts and can be our greatest sites of healing.
As a Seattle-based couples therapist, I meet couples looking for support with warmth, compassion, and gentle reflection.
My work is guided by experiential couples therapy modalities, mindful awareness, and creative, reflective and imaginal practices. You can expect me to be a learner, observer, and coach in the room with you. While I am not an expert or authority on your relationship, I am here to support you in moving toward secure functioning.
